Return Policy

We sincerely hope that all of our customers will be satisfied with our candles. However, if a customer wishes to return any of our candles, then the following terms will apply:

1. A customer may return any candle purchased from us within 14 days of  purchase, for a full refund.
2. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs related to their return.
3. Used or damaged candles cannot be returned.
4. To start a return, please send an email to sales@riaucanada.com. A return shipping address will be provided.
5. Candles must be returned with their original packaging.
6. Within seven days of receipt of the returned candles, we will refund the customer the amount of the order as well as all taxes related to it, on the same credit card used to make the order.

Politique de retour

Nous espérons sincèrement que nos clients seront satisfaits de nos bougies. Cependant, si un client souhaite retourner nos bougies, les politiques suivantes s’appliqueront:

1. La demande de remboursement doit se faire dans les 14 jours suivants l’achat.
2. Les frais d’expédition de retour sont sous la responsabilité du client.
3. Les bougies incluant son contenant (pot de verre, couvert ou boite) qui sont endommagées ou utilisées sont non remboursables.
4. Pour effectuer un retour, veuillez svp envoyer un courriel à sales@riaucanada.com pour connaitre la procédure de retour. 
5. Les bougies doivent être retournées avec leur emballage original.
6. Le remboursement du montant de l’achat incluant les taxes sera remboursé dans les 7 jours suivant la réception des bougies.
